In my previous article, Heal Your Acne Simply and Easily, I wrote about how important it was for me to cover up the obvious fact that I had very bad acne. I could never find makeup that matched my skin color.

Now I never wear makeup. Yes, I still have scarring from from my teens and university years and they have all faded. If you look closely you can still see them and of course I see every single one.

I was reminded of that on Christmas Eve in Sebastopol, CA at a popular natural food store. Jay and I were waiting for our dear friend who was coming in from the country. She happened to be late and we had over an hour wait. They were close enough that to me it was quite obvious. They were very well dressed and bought lots of expensive organic food and products but no one had clear skin. I would not have noticed if they were farther away from me.

I wandered into the store to check out the health and beauty section, people were buying more natural products to pretend they had clear skin. The woman selling them the makeup did not have clear skin either.
