And really all these “processed foods” are really not food. They are poisons on the cellular or biochemical level. Our stone age biology/bodies don’t recognize these “new industrialized food stuffs” as food.

And certainly Oprah, African-Americans never evolved eating these new foods/poisons.

So if your Grandma loved and regularly ate her biscuits, gravy, breads, cornbread, potatoes, hominy, macaroni and cheese. chips and sweets and so on and then got pregnant with your Mom and then your Mom ate all those things your Grandma loved and ate and then got pregnant with you then even the new fetus will be insulin resistant.

If your Grandma and Mom were running high insulin levels when they got pregnant then you, that tiny fetus, will grow a larger pancreas with the ability to secrete abnormally high amounts of insulin to counter the effects of all the food that breaks down into sugar in our system.

Even your Mom’s eggs were insulin resistant so you know, Oprah, you grew from an insulin resistant egg making you more sensitive and vulnerable to the effects of insulin, diabetes and obesity not to mention the entire spectrum of western lifestyle diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, stroke and cancers to name the big killers.

This same generational scenario is played out all over North America in the African-American and other at risk human communities.

Oprah Aging And Insulin Levels

Saw Oprah’s show where Oprah spoke with Sharon Stone about aging and Oprah mentioned her issue with the word anti-aging. Oprah seemed to be speaking in the context of entertainment celebrities who are paid to look and stay young for their entire career.

Oprah and Sharon Stone seemed in agreement that there was extraordinary industry and public pressure to stay forever young and beautiful as defined by landing a Vogue cover or the lead female role in a sex thriller.

It was so sad to hear Oprah say she didn’t know she was pretty until she landed a Vogue cover. That is so sad that any person never mind Oprah needs something from the outside world to tell her she is pretty or has value in any way.

It seems to me getting a Vogue cover means you have a lot of fans that are going to buy a lot of Vogue magazines like Oprah. It does not mean you are pretty or beautiful unless beauty is defined by how much fame, money and influence you have.

I have never seen a human being that I didn’t think was beautiful in some way, Oprah included. Maybe it was their eyes or the shape of their face or their hair color or eye color or smile.

It seems to me Oprah and Sharon Stone want to change the public and entertainment industry perception of the current standard for women to maintain porcelain skin into their 70s and beyond. I feel Oprah may have been saying that aging is natural and therefore using the word anti-aging may be against a natural maturation process.

When I heard Oprah tell Sharon Stone that she has an issue with the word anti-aging I realized that Oprah may not know that the symptoms we all recognize as aging are in reality a disease condition brought on by lifelong abnormally high insulin levels.

Yes Oprah the word anti-aging is less than optimal to describe an arena where we can naturally age without all the disease symptoms now recognized as aging initiated primarily by lifestyle choices.

Stop bullying overweight and obese people for being lazy and eating far too much. Overweight and obese people have been the brunt of many cruel and insensitive accusations, jokes and assumptions that just aren’t true. Grains Leaky Gut Autoimmune Disease Connection

All celiacs know to avoid gluten, a deadly lectin protein, and do you know non-gluten grains contain very similar harmful lectin proteins? Jay explains in the second video, of his Science Reverses Conventional Nutritional Wisdom series, why lectins are the problem.

Gluten is a wheat protein that is a member of a class of proteins known as lectins. Corn and rice contain a protein similar to gluten.
