Oprah, you seem genuinely concerned that African-Americans have higher than average rates of diabetes and obesity, the twin epidemics, which are quickly destroying the entire human species.
If you are truly committed to ending the twin epidemics of obesity and diabetes for African-Americans and every other at risk group then talk to Jay Greathouse and myself because we know why, what and how to simply and easily end the twin epidemics of obesity and diabetes.
Oprah, it’s not an expensive drug, supplement or medical intervention. It’s simple lifestyle choices that can begin with your next bite of food.
Of course, you know, African-Americans are still discriminated against in our society and it shows in the health of the African-American population.
The United States is the only industrialized nation in the world that subsidizes the industrial Food Complex such as the soft drink, ice cream, candy and chips industry with food stamps.
It may surprise you Oprah, that anyone on food stamps can fill up their shopping cart with cases of soda, boxes of candy, chips and ice cream.
I’m sure you know, Oprah, food choices and food preferences are first taught in the family. Were you aware that people of lower economic status have been primarily raised on foods never before included in the human diet until recent history?
For example, all these new refined vegetable oils have only been in the human diet for 100 years. Oprah, if you believe in evolution 100 years is hardly time for our human genome to evolve and adapt since our human genome hasn’t changed significantly in 2.6 million years.
And really all these “processed foods” are really not food. They are poisons on the cellular or biochemical level. Our stone age biology/bodies don’t recognize these “new industrialized food stuffs” as food.
And certainly Oprah, African-Americans never evolved eating these new foods/poisons.
So if your Grandma loved and regularly ate her biscuits, gravy, breads, cornbread, potatoes, hominy, macaroni and cheese. chips and sweets and so on and then got pregnant with your Mom and then your Mom ate all those things your Grandma loved and ate and then got pregnant with you then even the new fetus will be insulin resistant.
If your Grandma and Mom were running high insulin levels when they got pregnant then you, that tiny fetus, will grow a larger pancreas with the ability to secrete abnormally high amounts of insulin to counter the effects of all the food that breaks down into sugar in our system.
Even your Mom’s eggs were insulin resistant so you know, Oprah, you grew from an insulin resistant egg making you more sensitive and vulnerable to the effects of insulin, diabetes and obesity not to mention the entire spectrum of western lifestyle diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, stroke and cancers to name the big killers.
This same generational scenario is played out all over North America in the African-American and other at risk human communities.
Oprah, this life threatening condition is a metabolic-hormonal disorder passed down from generation to generation. This metabolic-hormonal disorder is the underlying factor for the vast majority of people with obesity and diabetes.
Insulin stores energy as fat in someone with a metabolic-hormonal disorder. It’s a physiological defect in fat storage and utilization. It is NOT a psychological condition. This defect causes cellular starvation because all energy/fuel eaten gets converted immediately to fat.
That’s why overweight and obese people are always tired and hungry. Right now we can look around and see overweight and obese people who really don’t eat that much compared to healthy fit people.
Oprah. if you sincerely want to help end the twin epidemics of obesity and diabetes then we need to educate people about what foods will correct their metabolic-hormonal disorder. It’s an easy lifestyle fix with quick results.
If we ignore the African-American and all the other races of the human species at risk for the obesity and diabetes twin epidemics then, Oprah, we will be looking at the demise of the human species for real.
You must know, Oprah, the stakes are high. Jay and I have a simple effective plan to save the human species from extinction. Oprah, are you in?
